Employed in the real estate industry in the Province of Saskatchewan since 1975. Member of the Association of Regina Realtors, the Saskatchewan Real Estate Association and the Canadian
Real Estate Association.

Served 6 years on the Board of Directors of the Association of Regina Realtors and 2 as President in 1981.

Served 4 years on the Board of Directors of the Saskatchewan Real Estate Association and 2 years on the Board of the Canadian Real Estate Association.

Active in real estate sales since 1975 with 2 years in sales management.

Active in real estate appraisal since 1986.

Former occupation included 8 years in retail management.

Appraisal assignments include single family residence appraisals for major relocation companies, national banks, trust companies and the Conexus Credit Union. Also extensive residential appraisal work in numerous towns in Saskatchewan for the R.C.M.P. and other financial institution clients.

Born and educated in Saskatchewan.

Bachelor of Arts ‐ University of Saskatchewan (Saskatoon) in 1965.

Post‐secondary courses included Appraisal 101, Administration 307 (Legal Institutions) and Macro/Micro Economics.

CRA designation ‐ Appraisal Institute of Canada in 1995.

All of southern Saskatchewan from Alberta, Manitoba and US borders approx. 300kms one way from City of Regina.
