Dean has been a Residential Appraiser and Real Estate Consultant since 2004. He holds the Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation and the Professional Appraiser (P.App.) designation. Dean is a member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Dean holds a Bachelors Degree in PAS from the University of Regina as well as a HR Advanced Diploma from SIAST. Dean also dedicates his time as a Mentor to candidate appraisers.
Deans assignments include valuation for financing, pre marketing, estates and separation agreements and includes appraisals on single family dwellings, cottages, acreages, new construction, semi-detached units, and market rent analysis.
